We design and manufacture supremely comfortable, eco-friendly mattresses specifically for the UK’s finest hotels.
Supreme comfort comes as standard in all VERTUE mattresses but we believe that luxury products should also be sustainable and this drives our meticulous materials selection and manufacturing processes. Each comfort layer inside a VERTUE mattress is made from natural, recycled and recyclable materials and encased in the beautiful luxury of the finest pure cotton.
All VERTUE beds and mattresses are hand-made from scratch to the exact specifications of our clients who can select any size, choose from an extensive list of sustainable materials and build-in a range of luxury, convenience and healthcare features.
Visit our website for details of the choices of sizes, materials and features available.
Our most popular VERTUE 5* mattress was designed for Radisson Blu Edwardian (RBE) who wanted to surpass comfort levels of their existing Sealy and Vi-Spring mattresses, improve durability and meet stringent health, safety and sustainability criteria. Since 2011 over 1,100 VERTUE 5* mattresses have been installed in Radisson Blu hotels and in 2012 all the group’s hotels achieved GTBS Gold Standard. TripAdvisor reviews from RBE’s hotel guests prove that our mattresses are achieving unrivalled satisfaction levels for sleep comfort and quality.
In 2013 VERTUE was named by ‘Considerate Hoteliers’ as their Supplier Of The Year.

VERTUE was recently voted the 2013 ‘Considerate Hoteliers’ Supplier Of The Year and became the first bed/mattress manufacturer ever to have won a major hospitality industry Award. The CH Supplier Of The Year Award is presented annually to the supplier, nominated by a hotelier, who is considered by the judges to have best met all the environmental needs and ethos of the nominating business. Some of the leading hotels of the world nominate the supplier they believe most embodies eco-concerns within their products (taking account of everything from sourcing, materials, sustainability and social responsibility, to value for money and quality of service) – in short, the winner is a supplier that has it all – dedicated, ethical, and passionate when it comes to the environment, sustainability and social responsibility. Out of the many applications received, the judges chose VERTUE as their 2013 Supplier Of The Year winner, adding, “The first priority of a decent hotel is to provide a comfortable bed. If it ticks all the environmental boxes then you have the perfect bed and VERTUE seems to have made a virtue out of producing that perfection”.
VERTUE designs and manufactures supremely comfortable, eco-friendly beds and mattresses specifically for the UK’s finest hotels. Unrivalled comfort comes as standard in VERTUE mattresses but we believe that luxury products should also be sustainable and this drives our meticulous materials selection and manufacturing processes. Each VERTUE mattress is made entirely from natural, recycled and recyclable materials and the finished product is finished by hand. We not only source materials and manufacture responsibly, we take care to ensure the beds and mattresses that are replaced with new VERTUE products are completely recycled, removing a huge burden on landfill sites.
We are proud to have worked in conjunction with the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel Group who for the past three years have exclusively employed VERTUE mattresses in all their properties. Radisson Blu Edwardian has achieved the GTBS Gold Award for all hotels within its group.
