There is an express airport bus, which takes passengers from right outside the airport terminal building, to Princes Street and Waverley Train station, both of which are just a short walk from Assembly Rooms Edinburgh.

There are two main line train stations in Edinburgh city centre – Edinburgh Waverley and Edinburgh Haymarket. Both take trains from London and the south as well as from the north, south, east and west of Scotland.
