Three self catering properties, set in delightful organic gardens with acres of rolling Kent countryside to explore, yet within easy reach of London and other South East England destinations for some great days out.
Jacobean manor house – Bore Place House – is great for large family groups, with plenty of space for socialising or retreating somewhere quiet with a good book! If you are looking for somewhere to gather your friends and family for a long weekend (or longer!) the house is ideal for groups of 10-25 people. There are 12 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining areas as well as beautiful garden terraces and lawn areas to relax in.
Small Barn – Ideal for individuals, couples, small groups/families, the Small Barn provides spacious, comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms/WCs. It has a kitchenette and sitting area and there is a log burner with logs supplied. It is located approximately 75 yards away from Bore Place House with its own private access via a peaceful courtyard.
Please note: 2 spiral staircases lead to balconies with the 2 bedrooms on mezzanine floor. May not be suitable for young children – please call us.
Old Stable – For larger groups of up to 17 people, the Old Stable is accessed from the same courtyard as the Small Barn. It has spacious, comfortable accommodation in a nineteenth century farmhouse-style building. It is accessible to wheelchair users and has 11 bedrooms which can be used for single occupancy, or if sharing, up to 17 people. There is a sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
All accommodation: All linen including towels supplied; outdoor seating areas and access to beautiful gardens and the larger estate for walks and picnics. Enjoy the woods, nature ponds and meadows on the farm trail. A small basket selection of seasonal, local produce such as jam and juice is provided and further seasonal produce can be ordered and purchased from us. A list is provided.

By Rail: nearest mainline railway stations are Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Penshurst
and Edenbridge. A frequent service runs from London Charing Cross (travel
time 35-50 minutes), Waterloo East and London Bridge to Sevenoaks.
Taxis are available from Sevenoaks Station forecourt to Bore Place.

For electric vehicle drivers we have 2 free to use charge points available at all times/days. There is a 7 pin plug, providing a charge up to 32 amps, also referred to as up to 7kW. The second point is a standard 3 pin plug which allows a 3kW connection. This has a standard 13 amps draw.
