All our bedrooms are en suite, have high thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen and are equipped with a hospitality tray, hair drier, toiletries & a colour TV with built in DVD player. Our alarm clocks have AM/FM radio and can connect to an MP3 player. You are free to make use of the guest lounge at any time or borrow the books, magazines DVDs available there, for use in your room. We also provide free ‘Wi-Fi’. For the benefit of all our guests, Burnbank B&B is a non-smoking home.
For those with electric cars, we have a charging point available at a small extra charge.
We have many years’ experience in catering and hospitality, so we are able to cater for most special diets. Our passion is for good quality, locally sourced produce, wherever possible, and we are delighted to be Perth Cittaslow supporters.
At Burnbank Bed and Breakfast, the breakfasts include locally sourced or homemade produce and are freshly made to order. Breakfast is normally served between 8.00am and 9.30am, in the guest lounge. Other arrangements are available on request. We also offer a selection of delicious home-made evening meals from a seasonal menu, if pre-booked.
Located close to Loch Leven in a beautiful area of Perth and Kinross, often considered to be Scotland’s premier touring base, Burnbank B and B is ideally situated for touring and discovering the beauty of Scotland, its historic cities and many visitor attractions. Whether you want to tour the local area, or go further afield, you are sure to find a variety of activities to suit your interests.
For local activities & attractions, take one of the many walks around Kinross and Loch Leven – take a boat trip out to Loch Leven’s island castle, once a prison to Mary Queen of Scots. See the Nature Reserve and RSPN Loch Leven, or visit Burleigh Castle at Milnathort. Play a round at one of the two golf courses in Kinross, fish for pink-fleshed trout in Loch Leven, or for the adventurous, try an ‘Air Experience Flight’ at the gliding centre or a micro-light at Balado.

From the M90, leave at junction 6, take the third exit. After fifty yards at next roundabout take the first exit. Go right along the road to a T junction, turn left. After about half a mile look for a brown heritage sign for Loch Leven’s Larder, our drive is directly opposite this on the right.
By train, Dunfermline Queen Margaret is our nearest station. We can arrange pick ups from there for a small fee.
Edinburgh Airport is 40 mins away by car.
