Cairngorm Lodges, nr Aboyne & Ballater

Cairngorm Lodges are located in the heart of Royal Deeside on the boundary of the Cairngorm’s National Park. They provide the ideal location to get away from it all and take advantage of all the area has to offer from walking, cycling, geocaching, horseriding and skiing to golf and fishing.

The surrounding area is steeped in history with many castles and sites of historic interest which are all within a short distance of the lodges.

The Lodges have been finished to a high standard and offer a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with walk in shower and a fully fitted kitchen. 4 persons are comfortably accomodated.Luxury organic fair trade bed linen and towels are provided.

The lounge is spacious where you can relax in comfort with a homely wood burning stove and TV. The woodburning stove provides the hot water which in turn heats the radiators in every room. An abundant supply of logs is provided from the estates own forests along with a BBQ and picnic table for those warm summer evenings.

The estate is a haven for many species of wildlife and wild flowers; guests are frequently visited by red squirrels and roe deer. Night time walks in the forest allow guests the perfect opportunity to marvel at our starry night skies.

Pets are most welcome and indeed dogs thoroughly enjoy the forest walks right on their door step.
