Enjoy Stunning Views & Award Winning Breakfasts

‘Overcombe House’ is a popular 8 bedroomed fully en-suite, environmentally aware, licenced, non smoking guest accommodation that has been awarded 4 stars and walker & cyclist welcome by VisitBritain. We are also fortunate to have been awarded the VB Breakfast Award

We offer comfortable clean accommodation, quality facilities and a personal service in a relaxed homely atmosphere. All our guests can be assured of receiving a warm welcome with complimentary tea or coffee on arrival and some homemade cake if we have had time to bake. Breakfasts are substantial using local and homemade produce. Our local butcher provides us with Cornish dry cured bacon, Devon sausages and Free range eggs from just over the Tamar.

Dartmoor National Park is 368 square miles in area, just over one square mile for each day of the year. With its heather-covered moorland and deep wooded gorges, beautiful lake-like reservoirs and tumbling rocky rivers, thriving market towns and villages, patchwork farmland and craggy granite tors, Dartmoor National park is one of the largest and wildest areas of open country in southern England. Nearly half of this is open moorland, with a further tenth covered by forests and woodland.
