We have five bonny en-suite guest rooms all with sumptuous beds and luxurious accessories..

We knew when we saw this property, with it’s wonderful views to the Cromdale Hills, that it was something special. It had all the necessary features in place for us to create a bright and spacious luxury bed & breakfast with a contemporary Scottish feel. We truly welcome all of our guests into our beloved home.

Three of our rooms boast added views to the iconic Cromdale Hills. We pride ourselves in the care of our rooms to offer you the best. Each room has goose feather duvets and pillows for unrivalled comfort along with the finest Scottish soaps. Anti allergy duvets and pillows are also available upon request upon booking should you require these. All guest rooms are named after clans that have a personal meaning to us.

The Spey – Bed & Breakfast is a spacious property with a contemporary Scottish style. Our large guest lounge is ideal for having a drink whilst mingling by the fire or relaxing and having a quiet read or chat. We also offer an array of jigsaw puzzles and board games which include chess for the more serious game enthusiast. Should you require secure storage during your stay, we can accommodate bicycles, golf clubs, fishing rods, etc. We also offer our boiler room for drying your outdoor gear.

Grantown on Spey is a ideal location for many due to the variety of exciting things on offer in this area. Experiences range from golfing, distillery tours, castles tours, fishing, river and loch walks, a multitude of outdoor pursuits and of course, the majestic Cairngorms.

We are conveniently situated about three minutes from the town’s museum and local tourist information office, which are both located just off the High Street.

Hailing from the Highlands, we bring a bit of our history to the property. We have chosen to name our rooms after Scottish Clans that have a personal meaning to us, through birth, marriage and our home.

Upon historical research of the property, we found an old advertisement for the hotel during Mrs Stirling’s ownership. Over five decades later, we still have the same ethos about ensuring excellent customer service for our guests.
“Under personal supervision and every effort is directed towards your holiday happiness”

We would love to welcome you to The Spey – Bed & Breakfast whether it be for work or pleasure. We wish you a pleasant stay and an enjoyable time in this idyllic area of outstanding natural beauty.
