The Green Business Carbon Tracker helps you calculate your footprint and convert your inputs into CO2e using UK Government GHG Conversion Factors. It tracks Scopes 1, 2 and 3, giving you a complete picture of your carbon impact in one platform.
As an industry-first solution, it is also the first carbon tracker in the tourism and hospitality industry to be independently validated as compliant with ISO 14064-3, providing confidence in the credibility of your reporting.

The User Guide contains everything you need: set up your account and site(s) (single-site or multi-site), choose your reporting year, enter the data you have and generate a shareable report with totals, Scope breakdown and key metrics.
Reports you can share
Once your data is entered, you can download a Carbon Tracker report designed for external sharing, which includes:
- Reporting period
- Which site(s) it relates to
- What’s included – e.g. energy, refrigerants, travel, waste etc
- Scope 1/2/3 breakdown
- Key metrics to support benchmarking over time and between sites
- Guidance for using the outputs in RFPs and buyer requests

The tracker guides you step by step. If you don’t have all the data ready to input on day one, you can complete it progressively.

Create a carbon footprint for each property, as well as a combined total for your entire portfolio. Download and share reports for RFPs and client requests, including both market-based and location-based totals, using methodology validated to ISO 14064-3.
Evidence Your Green Meetings & Events
Calculate the emissions for a one-day or multi-day event and generate a clear report to share with organisers. Once your main tracker is complete, the tool can automatically generate an estimate based on event length, which you can then refine with event-specific details (such as guest travel and purchased goods and services like AV, food and stationery). Results include a Scope 1, 2 and 3 breakdown where applicable.
Pricing & Access
Green Tourism Members: Scope 1 & 2 tracking is included as part of your membership, with Scope 3 available for £100 + VAT per site per year when you’re ready to upgrade.
Non-Members: Full access to Scopes 1, 2 and 3 of the Carbon Tracker is available for £500 + VAT per site per year.
