Our valued partners
We work with valued partners to drive sustainability standards across the tourism and hospitality, and meetings and events sectors.
The Meetings Industry Association
Our partnership with the Meetings Industry Association (mia) drives sustainability progress in the meetings sector.
Our team has benefited from the mia’s expertise which has informed the development of the Green Meetings Standard – our sustainability standard specific to meetings and events venues.
We support mia members in advancing their green journeys with the help of exclusive webinars and other resources. So mia members secure our Green Meetings Standard – and secure more business from buyers and delegates looking for MICE venues and organisations with proven sustainability credentials.
Mia members receive a 10% discount on annual Green Meetings membership – and no registration fee. Find out more and apply here

UKInbound
We have a long-standing partnership with UKinbound.
UKinbound is a trade association with over 400 members across the travel trade. Representing the interests of the UK’s inbound tourism sector, it is recognised as a leading economic and employment driver in the UK.
As a Silver Green Tourism Award holder itself, UKinbound aims to champion good sustainability practices and reduce the environmental impacts of its activities. It encourages its members to do the same and integrate sustainability considerations into their business decisions.
As UKi members ourselves, we proudly consider ourselves part of the vibrant UKi community and are the organisation’s regular Sustainability Partner for its prestigious Annual Convention.

Global Destination Sustainability Movement (GDS-Movement)
The GDS-Index is the leading sustainability benchmarking and improvement programme for destinations around the world. As a strategic partner of the GDS-Movement, we support destinations with information on their third-party certification, and help them advance their ‘supplier’ grading in the GDS-Index.
We worked with the GDS-Movement, Belfast City Council, Visit Belfast, and other industry partners on an ambitious 18-month programme to become a more sustainable destination. As a result, Belfast became number eight on the Global Destinations Sustainability Index – and one of only two cities in the UK to make the top ten.
In 2023 we launched a joint whitepaper with GDSM and Visit Belfast sharing the successes and the lessons of our collective work in Belfast that offers key learnings for any tourist destination.
