January 2019

For January 2019 we are focusing on promoting ways to reduce energy usage to tie in with Energy Saving Week.

With almost daily tips and suggestions online for easy changes everyone can make to use less electricity and gas, to a more in-depth blog,  we are also presenting a very special offer for Green Tourism members who move their business energy account to the 100% renewable energy offered by our affiliate partner Ecotricity.

We want to foster a ‘switch off, use less’ mentality and keep the critical issue of carbon emission reduction in the forefront of everybody’s mind. Most importantly, we are appealing to members to share their own stories and energy saving initiatives, encouraging everyone to pool their ideas.  Like every Green Tourism campaign in 2019, this one is all about giving our members a voice and a public platform from which to tell the world about their sustainability achievements and at the same time get some well-deserved online coverage.
